Hi everyone, I am a member of the Joeph Generation Army and really love to be here!
The Lord has been so faithful and merciful throughout my life. My life has been transformed from nothing to something and I say all the time that... "With our limited mind we only know a glimpse of what our God put aside for believers...” Yes it is so amazing to see the way our almighty God does things beginning from snatching our life from the enemy!
Even though I received Jesus Christ as my personal savior in Ethiopia, the Lord has taken me to a foreign land just to accomplish HIS purpose. Before I moved to Australia, I lived in Uganda for nearly nine years and everyday of my stay in that country had significant impact in all spiritual understanding, focus and growth. God has actually given me grace to be patient and persevering in various challenges.
Above all, the situation I had in the workplace was tough! It was like "Pharaoh's act on the people of Israelites". However, in everything the Lord God humbled my heart to the extent beyond anyone could imagine. So after serving seven years the Lord gave me HIS word... Isaiah 27:6.
To my understanding from this moment I was astonished by everything the Lord was doing in my life. The Pharaoh began serving me instead. I got full sponsorship for my tertiary education in Australia. At the same time, God also opened ways to receive my life partner. Also now I could confront challenges as well as deal with different understanding than before. Therefore, the bottom line is God has taken me through things which in my own strength definitely could have failed. But not the case, yeah I am actually among the happiest and delighted person in the globe.
As mentioned earlier, I only know little of God's favor and blessings. But with all the honor & blessing, I feel that have given back so little to the Lord. Especially, worship could take me to the throne of our savior God. Let us partake the wonderful gracious spirit in the Kingdom. I encourage you all reading this testimony to think all the mighty works of God and look ahead your future only in the Lord!
Read from the scripture about the life of David in 1 Samuel 17 and his specific strategies to defeat the enemy. These are basically three: Firstly identify and know the enemy (verse 23), secondly remember what the Lord has done in critical moment before (verse 34-37) and finally, declare that our Lord will fight the battle (verse 45). With only these you can move mountain/Pharaoh or anything which looks heavy in your life. Is in it amazing??!!
